Now that there exists video proof that W knew before Katrina that there was a serious risk to the levees, how is he going to try to spin his way out of this?

There’s something about two-thirds down in the AP article that points out state and local managers were praising FEMA for doing a good job up to two days after the storm hit. Watch the Bush defenders focus on this almost entirely and try to make the case that, since the state leaders told the president everything was working smoothly, the President couldn’t have known that things were going badly.
