DELICIOUS, PALCE LIZAC :), THERE IS NOTHING LIKE HOME MADE SANDWICH MEAT AND SAUSAGE. WE ARE GOING TO MAKE IT REGULARLY.
yay! Good thing, too, since you’ve got the smoker there. And I’m with Dziadek: North American cold cuts and sandwich meat are not great.
We’re planning on doing the next batch in a week. This time, four loins instead of two, and I’m eager to try some non-pork product.
