We did a test-burn yesterday.
The draw was almost too strong, Dziadek said.
The next step was to get the meat ready for the real smoking:

mam tylko watpliwosci czy ta beczka musi byc TAKA niebieska?
Mam wielka nadzieje, ze ostatecznie ta beczka bedzie czarna :). Wolalabym, zebysmy nie byli rozpoznawani w okolicy jako “ci ludzie od tej niebieskiej beczki” :)
I’m looking forward to the results of the smoker. I’m not a real big fan of cold cuts but I’m anxious to see what we Americans have been missing.
